Anglicare North Queensland Limited is seeking an HR Administration Officer to join Corporate Services. You will provide professional administrative support to HR and operations, contribute to the HR management system (Elmo HR), and coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.

The Human Resources (HR) Administration Officer is an important member of the Human Resources team based within Corporate Services and is responsible for providing professional administrative assistance to both the human resources and operational areas as required.
You will contribute to the efficient running of the administration of the organisation's human resources management system (Elmo HR). The role will primarily undertake diverse HR Administration tasks including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding coordination. Monitoring probity and compliance to ensure legislative and statutory compliance, and maintaining the HR admin inbox including responding to, referring or escalating HR queries.
