Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group in NSW is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team. Based in Lane Cove, you will travel to our aged care homes to advise on employee relations, performance issues and policy implementation.

You'll partner with the NSW leadership and managers, drive HR outcomes, manage complex casework and help enhance attraction, onboarding, engagement, succession planning and retention while supporting a culture of learning and harmony.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and HRBP experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Work Act and enterprise agreements.
• Ability to manage complex casework and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NSW leadership to drive HR outcomes.
• Provide advice on employee relations issues, performance problems and grievances.
• Implement and manage HR documentation, systems, policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in attraction, onboarding, engagement, succession planning and retention.
• Support development of a culture of engagement, learning, growth, talent and harmony.
• Travel regularly to designated aged care homes while based in Lane Cove.

The exciting opportunity

• Based in Lane Cove with regular travel to our aged care homes predominantly in Sydney's Northern suburbs and regional locations as required
• Partner with the NSW leadership team and managers at our homes to drive positive HR outcomes
• Provide advice on and investigate and resolve employee relations issues, performance problems, and grievances
• Implement and manage human resources documentation, systems, policies, procedures and practices
• Be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to help improve attraction, onboarding, engagement, succession planning and retention
• Support the evolution of a workplace culture of engagement, learning, growth, talent and harmony

About you

• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources and previous experience as a HR Business Partner
• Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply the Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreements and other workplace related legislation
• Experience with complex case management, proactive, confident, and able to build strong relationships, collaborate with, and influence stakeholders
• Reliable car, driver's license and willingness to regularly travel to designated aged care homes
• NDIS clearance and current Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain) and full Australian working rights
