Job summary

Global 360 in Melbourne is seeking an experienced HR Lead to guide a high-performing HR team and shape people strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the HR Director, you will coach, mentor, and partner with business leaders to drive performance and culture.

You will oversee employee relations, ER escalations, and compliance, while leading a modern HCM rollout and leveraging AI to enhance HR outcomes. This is a hands-on, empowering leadership role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a generalist HR Business Partner role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach & Mentor: daily mentorship for our internal HR team and stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Leaders: drive performance, accountability, and culture.
• Keep Us Compliant: oversee employee relations, ER escalations, and policy accuracy.
• Tech & Innovation: lead the change management for a new HCM platform rollout and apply AI to HR outcomes.
• Drive Culture: sustain a high-energy employer brand and people-focused culture.
