Global Retail Group in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an influential Senior Human Resources Manager – ANZ to lead people strategy across Australia and New Zealand. The role combines strategic business partnering with hands-on execution to strengthen retention, recruitment and organizational capability during a high-growth phase.

You will partner with local leaders and international HR to build scalable HR frameworks, drive culture and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to improve employee retention and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Experience transforming recruitment processes and reducing time‑to‑hire.
• Strong understanding of Australian employment law; NZ experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR strategy for ANZ in alignment with business growth and transformation.
• Strengthen workforce stability, retention and frontline engagement across stores.
• Develop scalable HR frameworks, processes and governance for rapid expansion.
