Bluefin Company Limited is seeking a hands-on Generalist HR Adviser in Sydney to support the people and business across the full HR lifecycle. The role balances day-to-day HR needs with opportunities to build capability and improve how we work.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Remuneration review and payroll processing experience - essential.
• Experience in internal recruitment and capability development, highly regarded.
• Collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full HR lifecycle, from onboarding through to employee relations and offboarding.
• Coordinate remuneration reviews, including the annual January review cycle.
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support internal recruitment and selection.
• Build capability and support performance and development initiatives.
• Provide practical HR advice to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation.
