Bluefin Company Limited in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Generalist HR Adviser to support our people across the full HR lifecycle. The role offers variety, ownership and impact, with three days in the office and a 4-month initial contract.

You will manage onboarding, payroll, remuneration reviews, recruitment and capability development while advising managers on employment matters and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Qualifikationen

• Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Remuneration review and payroll processing experience - essential.
• Experience in internal recruitment and capability development, highly regarded.

• Manage the full HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate remuneration reviews, including the annual January cycle.
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support internal recruitment and selection processes.
• Build capability and support performance and development initiatives.
• Provide practical HR advice to managers and employees, ensuring compliance.
