Job summary

Bluefin Company Limited is seeking a hands-on Generalist HR Adviser in Sydney to support the people and business across the full HR lifecycle. The role balances day-to-day HR needs with opportunities to build capability and improve how we work.

It is a varied, hands-on position with 3 days in office, starting on a 4-month contract. You will manage onboarding, payroll, remuneration reviews, internal recruitment, development initiatives and provide practical HR guidance to managers, ensuring

• Remuneration review and payroll processing experience - essential.
• Experience in internal recruitment and capability development, highly regarded.
