Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Generalist HR Adviser to support our people and business across the full HR lifecycle. This is a varied role balancing day-to-day HR needs with opportunities to build capability and improve how we work.

The role covers onboarding, employee relations, payroll processing, remuneration reviews, and internal recruitment, with a collaborative, adaptable approach and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Remuneration review and payroll processing experience - essential.
• Experience in internal recruitment and capability development, highly regarded.
• A collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
