• Monitor contract renewals, variations and hourly rate increases; draft contracts with leadership.
• Provide HR support on performance, discipline and compliance with legislation.
• Advise leadership on evidence-based HR practices and policy updates.
• Maintain training records and generate HR reports.
• Interpret industrial awards and Enterprise Agreement for leadership.
• Contribute to policy reviews and recruitment processes including interviews.
• Support payroll reporting and inductions for new staff.
• Manage portable long service leave requirements and employer contributions.
