Qualifications

• Experience in HR Admin roles or similar, or leadership in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Able to demonstrate understanding of HR principles.
• Strong communication with clients and colleagues under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, modify, and review Employment Relations documents.
• Liaise with diverse clients via telephone and email, providing ER advice.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients to simplify workplace regulations.
• Meet targets for customer satisfaction, productivity and quality assurance.
