Job summary

Linfox Pty Ltd in Erskine Park, Sydney, is seeking experienced HR drivers for ambient and chilled freight across Sydney and surrounding regions. This casual role offers a pathway to permanent employment with a Monday-Friday day shift starting around 5am.

You will operate safely, perform vehicle checks, manage load restraint, and deliver temperature-controlled goods while upholding Chain of Responsibility and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted HR licence with load restraint experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience driving HR vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of Sydney metro and surrounding areas.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude and a history of safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely and professionally at all times in line with Linfox Safety Standards and Vision Zero.
• Conduct vehicle checks, manage load restraint, and perform general HR vehicle operations.
• Deliver ambient and chilled freight across metro and select regional locations.
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Linfox professionally on every delivery.

What does the job look like?

Join one of Australia's most trusted logistics brands and become a key part of the Linfox Consumer & Healthcare team based in Erskine Park. We are seeking experienced, safety-focused HR Drivers to support our cold storage operations, delivering ambient and chilled products across Sydney and surrounding regions.

• Operate safely and professionally at all times in line with Linfox Safety Standards and our Vision Zero commitment
• Conduct vehicle checks, manage load restraint, and perform general HR vehicle operations in accordance with company procedures
• Deliver temperature-controlled (ambient and chilled) freight across metro and select regional locations
• Ensure full compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and relevant road transport legislation
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Linfox professionally on every delivery
