Job summary

The Department of Training and Workforce Development is seeking a HR Development Coordinator to coordinate across learning and development, early career employment programs, diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing, and other human resource development programs that bring our workforce strategy to life.

Reporting to the Manager HR Development, you will coordinate team programs and strategies, deliver responsive service to staff and stakeholders, and manage priorities with strong

• Coordinate and deliver people and capability initiatives across learning and development, early career programs, diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing, and other HR development programs.
• Provide responsive service delivery and support to staff and stakeholders under the direction of the Manager HR Development.
• Liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and build productive working relationships, including engagement with Aboriginal communities.
