Qualifications

• Experience developing and evaluating strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to turn workforce data into reports.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shaping and delivering the Department's Workforce Strategy.
• Provide HR advice to managers and leaders.
• Support workforce planning and health and wellbeing initiatives.
• Report on workforce data and trends.
• Support Aboriginal employment and reconciliation actions.
