Job summary

Apiam Animal Health is seeking an HR Coordinator to be the go‑to contact for employees and managers across the full lifecycle. You’ll manage BambooHR and our HR SharePoint site, and help introduce automation and AI‑assisted self‑service to streamline processes.

You’ll onboard new starters, handle employee changes, and support payroll and compliance teams. This hands‑on role reports to the Head of HR and works with HR business partners, payroll, IT and veterinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR administration or coordination.
• Experience handling a high volume of HR enquiries or ticketing.
• Hands-on with BambooHR or similar HRIS.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and employment law.
• Experience with SharePoint and process documentation.
• Willingness to support payroll and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for employee and manager HR enquiries; manage inbox and tickets.
• Process HR transactions across the lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, variations.
• Support payroll and compliance with accurate data and documentation.
• Maintain BambooHR and ensure integration with other systems.
• Administer HR SharePoint site and policy library; keep docs current.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop AI-assisted self-service for managers and staff.
• Support audit readiness and regular HR reporting.
• Grow knowledge across broader People function with teammates.
