• Provide day-to-day HR administration
• Support Managers with absence, performance, investigations, disciplinary processes, and policy guidance
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation
• Manage employee changes, maintain HRIS, process leavers, and assist with exit processes
• Act as a point of contact for HR queries and assist with audits and reporting
