If you love working behind the scenes to make things happen, this is your chance to bring your energy, ideas, and organisational superpowers to a team that’s all about supporting people.

Key accountabilities:

This role supports smooth and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and efficient systems use.

  • Prepare, review, and manage employee contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support data integrity in HR systems, including regular audits
  • Assist employees and managers with Workday queries, manager changes, and employee lifecycle tasks (onboarding, status changes, exits)
  • Provide first-line HR support via the HR inbox and ServiceNow, escalating queries when needed

Who you are:

You’re a proactive and detail-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’re ready to make a real impact by keeping our HR processes running smoothly.

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, ideally in a university or academic setting
  • Strong HRIS knowledge, with Workday experience highly desirable
  • Confident communicator with great problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Skilled at handling sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy
