A reputable not-for-profit organisation is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Sydney. Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role, with hands-on exposure to complex ER issues.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience working within purpose-led or regulated sectors (NFP, health, education etc.).
• A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment with the support of a fantastic Talent Acquisition Officer.
• Oversee WHS & compliance.
• Build and implement fit-for-purpose recruitment processes and reporting frameworks.
• Provide expert guidance across complex ER matters and performance management issues.

About The Role

Reporting to an inspiring and supportive CPO, this hands-on HR Manager role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, with a particular focus on Talent Acquisition. You’ll work closely with two direct reports and play a key role in both supporting complex ER matters and elevating the recruitment function.

• Experience working within purpose-led or regulated sectors (NFP, health, education etc.)
