• Own the end-to-end registration and attendance tracking for onboarding events
• Schedule training sessions, manage logistics, and respond to queries via email/Slack
• Create and assign onboarding events and learning courses for each cohort
• Deliver clear and consistent communication using tools like Marketing Cloud and Slack
• Maintain calendars, collateral, and event tracking systems
• Set up virtual or in-person training spaces and provide concierge-level support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
