Job summary

Osborne and Richardson, on behalf of our client, seek an HR Coordinator to join the Experience Group on a temporary basis in Brisbane. You will support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to off-boarding—while advising leaders and employees and administering the HRIS.

Reporting to the HR Connect Manager, the role covers managing recruitment, employee changes, and terminations in the HRIS, plus providing first-line HR support and policy guidance. Hourly rate AUD$44.65 applies.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR data management, including employment contracts and compliance reporting.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple HR processes accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to advise on complex HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with guidance, take on new challenges with energy, and deliver results under pressure.
• Familiarity with Australian employment law, workplace relations, and HR compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification such as AHRI membership or equivalent accreditation
• Previous experience in an HR Help Desk or HR Connect function, or similar customer-facing HR role
