Job summary

Perigon Group in Burwood, Sydney is seeking a HR Coordinator to support the full employee life cycle across onboarding, changes and offboarding, and HR documentation.

You will work across payroll support, records, recruitment, compliance, and drive digital HR tools implementation while developing your HR career.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Officer or similar generalist HR role.
• Experience using Employment Hero.
• Exposure to payroll administration or payroll support.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• HR administration across onboarding, employment changes and offboarding.
• Preparing employment contracts, variations and HR documentation.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Supporting payroll administration and employee data management.
• Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Assisting with compliance, audits and workplace health & safety administration.
• Supporting the rollout and optimisation of digital HR tools and processes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline HR operations.

The Role You'll support the full employee life cycle and work across a broad range of HR activities, including:
