Arrow Group in Melbourne’s northern suburbs is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in a hands-on role.

You will assist with recruitment, performance management, onboarding and offboarding, and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, with opportunities to grow HR capability within the team.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Human Resources.
• 1–2 years’ HR experience in a generalist role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
