Job summary

Sandvik Rock Processing Australia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a fixed-term parental leave cover from December 2026 to March 2028, based in Jandakot, WA. You will lead ER/IR, advise leaders on performance and workplace issues, and help shape a high-performing culture across a diverse site.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP/Senior HR Advisor or ER/IR specialist.
• Strong employee relations and industrial relations capability.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex cases.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all ER/IR matters, including investigations, grievances and case management.
• Advise leaders on performance, conduct and workplace issues.
• Advise on Enterprise Agreements, Awards and employment law.
• Coordinate employee representative meetings and consultation.
• Help implement Sandvik’s ER/IR framework in 2027.
