Altrad is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at our Subiaco head office on an 8-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave. The role focuses on complex employee relations across major projects in resources, energy and construction, delivering practical HR advice to operational leaders in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide strategic HR initiatives, ensure compliance with modern awards and enterprise agreements, and collaborate with senior management

Qualificações

• Senior HRBP experience, preferably in large projects or construction
• Extensive ER/IR case management including investigations and discipline
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Fair Work Act and Enterprise Agreements
• Ability to provide practical, commercial HR advice to senior leaders
• Experience supporting a geographically dispersed portfolio across Australia

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a high-volume portfolio of complex ER matters
• Provide strategic HR advisory to senior leaders and project teams
• Ensure compliance with legislation, awards and company policies
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and coach leaders
• Support workforce and performance management, including transitions and demobilisation
