Job summary

Sandvik Rock Processing Australia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a fixed-term parental leave coverage role starting December 2026. You will oversee all ER/IR matters and partner with senior leaders across a diverse operational environment in Jandakot.

You will advise on performance, conduct and workplace issues, coordinate employee representative meetings, and help implement the ER/IR framework in 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP, Senior HR Advisor or ER/IR specialist.
• Strong employee relations and industrial relations capability.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex cases.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all ER/IR matters, including investigations, grievances and case management
• Advise leaders on performance, conduct and workplace issues
• Advise on Enterprise Agreements, Awards and employment law
• Coordinate employee representative meetings and consultation
• Help implement Sandvik's ER/IR framework in 2027
