Job summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role based in Coffs Harbour supports Parish School communities across the Clarence region. You will provide strategic HR advice, manage complex issues, and partner with school leaders to drive outcomes in line with Catholic ethos.

Strong relationship-building and a practical, proactive approach to HR are essential, with travel between locations and adherence to NSW checks and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of relevant HR experience in a business partner context.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or Business.
• A current NSW Driver’s Licence and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical HR advice to Parish School communities.
• Support schools and office staff across the Clarence region (Yamba to Macksville).
• Build trusted relationships and deliver HR guidance in line with Catholic ethos and legal requirements.
