Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools in Lismore, NSW is seeking an HR Assistant to support Principals and school staff with HR processes, using PageUp software, and to assist with end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff.

The role operates within a hybrid work model, offering a 7-hour day and 35-hour week, with a focus on delivering services that support student outcomes and staff development. The position is full-time and temporary until November 2027 to cover parental leave.

Responsibilities

• Support Principals, Assistant Principals and school staff with HR processes in the Clarence Region.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment for teacher, coordinator, non-teaching and casual positions.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Human Resources and HR Business Partner to determine staffing solutions.
