Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our Human Resources department.

As the HR Advisor for Total Rewards, HRIS, and Analytics you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years' HRIS experience (Oracle/SAP), advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, human resources management, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience with HRIS systems, preferably timekeeping, forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience with HRIS such as Oracle, SAP or similar systems.
• Professionalism and discretion to maintain confidential information.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, charts, and formulas; proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities for compensation analytics.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Dutch and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the design, implementation, communication, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Maintain job descriptions, job families, and position classifications, ensuring alignment with organizational structures.
• Coordinate and administer annual compensation review processes and provide guidance to supervisors on pay administration.
• Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and pension plans, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.
• Liaise with insurers, brokers, and third-party providers, while overseeing enrollments, employee communications, vendor invoicing, and benefits reconciliations.
• Serve as the HRIS super user, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and effective utilization of HR systems.
• Develop HR metrics, workforce analytics, and reporting, while supporting HR budgeting, planning, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• 3 years or more experience working withHRIS systems, preferably timekeeping system and forecastingand budgeting.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as; Oracle, SAP or similar HR systems.
• Professionalism and discretion to maintain confidential information.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, and formulas and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for researching, analyzing, and developing compensation programs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, Mandarin language is an asset.
• Willingness to work at the Rosebel Gold Mines site, primarily in Brokopondo, on a rotational schedule of five (5) consecutive working days (Monday to Friday), followed by two (2) consecutive days off, in accordance with operational requirements.
• If selected, you will be required to submit a Police Clearance Certificate (“Bewijs van Goedgedrag”). Please initiate the request at your respective District Commissariat.
