Job summary

Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our Human Resources department.

As the HR Advisor for Total Rewards, HRIS, and Analytics you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years' HRIS experience (Oracle/SAP), advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, human resources management, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience with HRIS systems, preferably timekeeping, forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience with HRIS such as Oracle, SAP or similar systems.
• Professionalism and discretion to maintain confidential information.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, charts, and formulas; proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities for compensation analytics.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Dutch and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and trends analysis.
• Maintain job descriptions, job families, and position classifications.
• Coordinate annual compensation review processes and advise on pay administration.
• Manage day-to-day benefits and pension administration in compliance with laws and policies.
• Liaise with insurers, brokers, and providers; oversee enrollments, communications, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Serve as HRIS super user; ensure data integrity and system utilization.
• Develop HR metrics, analytics, and reporting; support budgeting and planning.
