Job summary

Quartix Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Newtown Headquarters.

You will report to the HR Manager and provide professional HR guidance to managers and staff across the business, handling employee relations, performance, absence and people management while supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR operations. You will build strong relationships with managers, ensuring compliant HR processes, systems and documentation, and contribute to HR projects with a continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or similar with employee relations responsibilities.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and GDPR requirements.
• Ability to coach managers on HR policies and people management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across levels.
• Experience using HR systems and interpreting HR data.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice to managers and employees, applying HR policies and employment law.
• Support disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes as needed.
• Coach managers on people management and development to build capability.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with policies and GDPR.
• Support payroll data inputs and HRIS records accuracy.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to inform decisions.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and probation processes with the HR Administrator.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
