Job summary

Randstad HR Partners in Western Sydney is seeking an HR Advisor for a permanent role, joining a well established HR team to support your business unit. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days and a strong work-life balance.

You will be involved in salary reviews, performance reviews, onboarding, HRIS support, payroll audits, and HR projects, while managing the HR inbox and drafting employee letters.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR position with involvement in the complete employee life cycle.
• Tech savvy with a good understanding of Excel and great attention to detail.
