Job summary

Melbourne Water is seeking an HR Advisor on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave until 15 February 2027.

You will join our HR Advisory Team—The People Hub—delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, remuneration, leave, performance and offboarding.

The role emphasises data integrity, governance and process improvement, with opportunities to work with ServiceNow and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience across onboarding, remuneration, leave and offboarding.
• Strong data management and governance capabilities.
• Experience with HR systems (ServiceNow) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, leave, records, data management).
• Provide first-level advisory on employment conditions and policies.
• Assist with Job Assessment and Position Management activities.
