Job summary

FutureYou is seeking a strong, experienced Recruiter to join a people-first TA team in Sydney. You’ll own recruitment end-to-end, with a focus on quality, candidate experience, and stakeholder relationships in a less corporate environment.

You’ll spend ~90% of your time in Talent Acquisition across diverse roles and locations, with a flexible start and on-site office 3 days a week and 1–2 days working from home. Flexible hours available to suit the team.

Qualifications

• Internal TA experience with end-to-end recruitment focus.
• Strong emphasis on compliance and candidate experience.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Organised, proactive, and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment end-to-end with quality and compliance focus.
• Build relationships with hiring leaders and candidates.
• Identify process improvements and challenge status quo.
• Ensure compliance checks and role-specific requirements.
• Bring expertise to a collaborative, less corporate environment.
