Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an organised HR Administrator for a Marsden Park-based role within a growing construction and infrastructure contractor. You will provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, maintain records, support onboarding and offboarding, and assist with recruitment and HR data management.

You'll work closely with managers and teams on projects across Australia and New Zealand, handling confidential information with care in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, coordination or similar role.
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or project-based environments is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Confident communication with a range of stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
• Preparing employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation.
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinating pre-employment documentation and compliance requirements.
• Assisting with employee queries and general HR administration.
• Updating HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data.
• Supporting recruitment and mobilisation activities where required.
• Assisting the wider HR team with reporting and ad hoc projects.
• Liaising with managers and employees across project and office-based teams.
