Construction Sciences is seeking an organised HR administrator to support onboarding, offboarding and general HR administration across Australia, with some NZ involvement. The role is full-time and based in Albion, Brisbane, with the office relocating to Milton in November 2026.
You will handle offers, records, processes and internal stakeholder coordination. This busy, deadline-driven environment values initiative, reliability and clear communication.
We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused administrator who enjoys structured, fast-paced office work.
This is a high-volume, transactional administration role focused primarily on keeping our employee onboarding and offboarding processes running smoothly. Previous HR experience isn’t required — we’re open to people from administration, sales support, coordination or customer service backgrounds where coordination and administration have formed part of your role.
A large part of your day will involve preparing employment contracts, processing employee information and coordinating with new starters, managers and internal teams to make sure everything happens accurately and on time. The role supports our operations primarily across Australia, with occasional support for New Zealand.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, initially based in Albion, Brisbane, with our office relocating to Milton in November 2026. The role works standard business hours, with some flexibility around start and finish times.
This role will suit someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in getting the details right and is comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
You’ll be organised, approachable and confident communicating with a wide range of people. We’re looking for someone who will take initiative rather than wait to be prompted — whether that means picking up the phone to speak with a candidate, following up with a hiring manager, or double-checking reference results and other information when something doesn’t look right.
You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities, following things through to completion and making sure deadlines don’t slip.
You don’t need an HR degree or previous HR experience — we value practical experience, reliability, sound judgement and a strong work ethic. We’ll provide training and support, and we’re looking for someone who wants to develop their skills and build a long-term future in HR administration.
