The Administration Support Officer will provide administrative support to the HR, WHS and Safeguarding functions, helping to ensure records, documentation, registers and processes are accurate, organised and up to date.
The successful applicant will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Provide administrative support across HR, WHS and Safeguarding functions.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee, WHS and safeguarding records.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
Assist with maintaining HR registers, trackers and databases.
Support WHS reporting, incident records and compliance documentation.
Provide administrative support for safeguarding matters, including maintaining registers and required documentation.
Assist with safeguarding compliance activities, follow-ups and reporting.
Prepare letters, reports, forms and other HR, WHS and safeguarding documents.
Follow up outstanding documents, actions and deadlines.
Assist with performance review and employee documentation processes.
Support audits, compliance activities and internal reviews.
Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee, client and organisational information.
Provide general administrative support to HR, WHS and Safeguarding as required.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.

Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Human Resources, WHS, Community Services or a related field is desirable.
Previous experience in administration, preferably in HR, WHS, safeguarding or community services.
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook, is required.
Experience using HR systems is desirable.
Knowledge of HR, WHS or safeguarding processes will be highly regarded.
Relevant qualifications and/or experience will be considered.
Full-time employment at SCHADS Award Level 3.1.
