CatholicCare NT is seeking a Housing Support Case Worker to join our small team in Tennant Creek, NT. The role focuses on intensive case management within CCNT’s Housing Support program, helping participants access housing, develop plans, and transition from public housing.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document case notes, and contribute to achieving tenancy stability. Employment requires checks and suitability for service delivery in Aboriginal communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, homelessness services or case management is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Cultural competency, particularly with Indigenous communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management and support to Housing Support program participants.
• Develop case plans and strategies to address housing challenges and tenancy stability.
• Coordinate immediate housing access and transitions from public housing.
• Engage networks with key stakeholders and document case notes and reports.
