Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Tenancy Manager to oversee day-to-day residential tenancy operations across our housing portfolio. You will work closely with residents, service providers and external agencies to ensure tenancy obligations are met and housing services are delivered in line with policy.

We expect 2–3+ years in tenancy or property management, strong communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder management. A current driver’s license and Working with Children Check are required.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in tenancy or property management.
  • Strong understanding of social housing, affordable housing or community housing environments.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
  • Current Driver’s Licence and own car.
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tenancy agreements, onboarding and resident transitions.
  • Oversee rent setting, reviews and collection processes.
  • Handle tenancy enquiries, complaints, disputes and lease-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Residential Tenancies Act and housing requirements.
  • Build relationships with residents and provide exceptional customer service.
