Torus Group is seeking a Committee Member for its Landlord Operations Committee in Liverpool. You will scrutinise performance, customer experience, service quality and compliance, advising on governance and strategic direction.

The role requires independent thinking and collaboration with Board members and executives. Regular quarterly meetings, with approximately one day per month commitment, plus induction and development opportunities.

Formación

• Housing management knowledge within social housing
• Understanding socio-economic environment for housing associations
• Awareness of challenges facing customers, communities and social landlords
• Experience in customer services, community engagement, asset management, repairs, governance or related field
• Ability to analyse information and challenge constructively for strategic input
• Board or Committee experience is desirable but not essential

Responsabilidades

• Scrutinise performance, customer experience, service quality and compliance
• Provide constructive challenge and independent thinking to support governance
• Attend Committee meetings and participate in induction and development activities
• Contribute strategically to the direction of landlord services across the Group
• Support delivery of safe, high-quality, customer-focused services and regulatory compliance
