Qualifications

• Significant experience of managing outsourced services or complex third-party arrangements.
• Strong knowledge of leasehold management, service charges, contracts and supplier performance.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, controls and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Riverside's approach to managing agent performance, assurance and customer outcomes across externally managed schemes.
• Set clear standards and hold managing agents and superior landlords to account.
• Provide expert advice and lead the team that supports these arrangements.
• Strengthen governance, compliance, financial control and service quality to ensure consistent customer service.
• Develop and monitor reporting for governance, risk and performance.
• Coordinate with Legal, Home Ownership and other teams to resolve complex lease and contract matters.
• Take ownership of complex complaints and escalations to provide clear updates to customers.
