Job summary

Torus Group is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our Reception team at Liverpool City Centre. You will greet customers and provide a welcoming face, handling housing enquiries from repairs to tenancy matters with clear and supportive guidance.

Based in Liverpool City Centre, with occasional support visits to St Helens or Warrington offices to cover absences. You will work Monday to Friday and promote digital self-service options to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 GCSEs including English.
• Experience delivering customer service in busy environments.
• Ability to handle sensitive enquiries calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming first point of contact for customers at reception.
• Handle a wide range of housing enquiries including repairs, rent, tenancy matters and rehousing.
• Take ownership of enquiries and resolve them where possible.
• Provide accurate information applying policies and procedures.
• Record and progress cases across housing systems.
