Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Corporate Governance Officer to join the Group Corporate Governance Team. The role provides essential secretariat support to Group-level committees and governance processes, coordinating meetings, papers and minutes with discretion.

You will help maintain the Governance and Assurance Framework, support audits and reviews, and work with senior leaders and Non-Executive Directors to ensure statutory and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience of committee administration, governance processes or supporting senior-level meetings.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience of audits and reviews would be advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and governance processes, manage agendas and meeting papers.
• Produce accurate minutes and maintain action trackers.
• Support the governance framework andCouncil of Governors engagement activity.
• Assist with audits, reviews and continuous improvement of governance processes.
• Provide high-quality governance support with professionalism and discretion.
