Job summary

Anglicare Southern Queensland – Toowong QLD is seeking a passionate Coordinator HSWF - Housing & Justice to lead the WEIS and Sustaining Tenancies programs, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, DFV, or criminal justice involvement.

You will guide a team, provide complex case support, ensure safe, trauma-informed, client-centered services, and collaborate with the Service Manager and partners to continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Management or related discipline is required.
• Current National Police Check is required.
• Current Blue Card is required.
• Current Queensland Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coordination and operational leadership to a team.
• Ensure service delivery needs are met and maintained.
• Complete service documentation and reporting.
• Assist team with complex cases, case planning and risk assessments as needed.
• Provide proactive peer support and lead by example with values-aligned behaviour.
• Day-to-day leadership and direction to team members.
• Ensure alignment to business plan with clear performance expectations.
• Engage team to improve client satisfaction and processes.
• Coordinate recruitment, orientation, and support of staff and volunteers.
• Participate in an on-call roster to meet client needs.

Education
