The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, is seeking a Houseperson to support our legendary hospitality by maintaining pristine guest floors, public areas and back-of-house spaces. You will coordinate linen and stock distribution, assist Room Attendants, and help ensure timely turnover of rooms while upholding rigorous cleanliness standards.

Formación

• Experience in housekeeping at 5-star hotels or luxury properties.
• Skilled in linen and stock distribution.
• Self-driven, motivated and organized.
• Reliable in following through on guest requests.
• Physically able to meet job demands and shifts (AM/PM).
• Holds working rights in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with upkeep and cleanliness of guest floors, public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests such as linen delivery and room setups.
• Help guests and exceed expectations with hotel knowledge of the area.
• Support turnover of guest rooms by delivering supplies and removing soiled linens.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping tools, stored properly.
• Uphold high cleanliness standards across assigned areas with attention to detail.
• Work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment.
• Contribute to memorable guest experiences through prompt service.

Position Summary

• Assist with the overall upkeep and cleanliness of guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
