The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is seeking a passionate Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team and craft an exceptional employee experience across the lifecycle.

Working closely with the Director of Human Resources, you will support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, learning and development, HR operations and people initiatives to empower our Ladies and Gentlemen to deliver legendary service.

• Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Administration or Hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of HR programs and daily operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring warm, professional candidate experiences.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems and confidential documentation.
• Assist with payroll administration and employee data management.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new Ladies and Gentlemen joining the hotel.
• Support employee engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives (TakeCare culture).
• Provide guidance and support for employee enquiries, building trusted relationships across the hotel.
• Assist with training coordination, talent development and succession planning initiatives.
• Support compliance, reporting and HR projects to contribute to hotel success.
• Represent The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne at careers fairs and employer branding events.

What You'll Do

As our Human Resources Coordinator, you will:

• Support employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives through Marriott's TakeCare culture.
• Provide guidance and support for employee enquiries while building trusted relationships across the hotel.
• Assist with training coordination, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Support compliance, reporting and HR projects that contribute to the continued success of the hotel.
• Represent The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne at careers fairs, hospitality events, and employer branding initiatives.

What We're Looking For

You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and creating positive experiences for others. You will bring:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Administration or Hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High levels of professionalism, discretion and integrity.
• A service-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence.
• Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation is advantageous.
• Full Australian working rights.
