RACV Noosa Resort is seeking an enthusiastic Houseperson to keep five-star external areas clean and well-maintained. You will assist guests with additional products and help manage linen and amenities across the resort, contributing to a high standard of service in a busy leisure environment.

Standard shifts vary and training is provided. This casual role offers an hourly rate with penalties for evenings, weekends and public holidays, plus uniform and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20kg and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Experience with general cleaning and safety practices.
• Can-do attitude and a positive approach to work.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsabilités

• Perform manual cleaning of balconies, pathways, stairs, windows, doors and other outdoor areas.
• Provide guests with additional products on request (linen, cots, high chairs, etc).
• Remove soiled linen and replenish linen stocks throughout the resort.
• Check linen, amenities and chemical levels and stock items.
• Perform cleaning duties in internal/external back-of-house and public areas.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking person/s to join our Houseperson team. This role will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy five-star environment throughout the resorts external areas.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Perform manual handling tasks inclusive of, cleaningbalconies, pathways, stairs, windows,doorsand other outdoor areas asrequired;
• Provide guests withadditionalproducts on request such as linen, cots,high chairs, rollaway beds, amenities or serviceadhocrequests;
• Remove soiled linen and replenish linen stocks throughout the resort;
• Check levels of linen, amenities and chemicals and stocktaking of items held by Housekeeping; and
• Perform cleaning duties in internal/external back of house and public areasasrequired.

These are casual positions.

Standard shifts will generally be 6:00am to 2:00pm or 8.00am to 4:00pm.

Flexibility to be cross trained in public areas to cover absentisim highly regarded

What you’ll need to be successful

• The ability to comfortably lift 20kgs and perform repetitive manual tasks safely;
• Experience in general cleaning including best health and safety practices and chemical handling techniques;
• A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work;
• Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills;
• Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member;
