Job summary

Acclaimed Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager for a luxury Sunraysia resort. You will lead daily housekeeping across villa accommodation and public areas, ensuring guest-ready standards for arrivals and peak turnover.

You will recruit, train and performance-manage a high-performing team, implement practical workflows, run audits, and manage stock, linen controls and external laundry providers. Rostering and PMS/time and attendance tools are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a housekeeping supervisor/manager role (hotel, resort or holiday park).
• Proven experience coordinating teams and busy cleaning schedules.
• Strong eye for detail with a practical, standards-driven approach.
• Confident with rosters and housekeeping systems (PMS/time and attendance tools).
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.

This opportunity will suit a hands-on Housekeeping Manager who enjoys leading from the floor, building a capable team, and setting practical systems that lift quality, productivity and consistency.
