Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a dedicated housekeeping attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms in line with brand standards. You will thoroughly clean rooms, change linens, sanitize bathrooms, and ensure surfaces are spotless for an exceptional first impression.

Work within established guidelines, restock trolleys, report maintenance needs, and prioritise guest requests for amenities and extra bedding while upholding guest privacy and safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, all to ensure an exceptional first impression
• Work diligently within the established guidelines to achieve the impeccable standards we hold dear
• Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organised and well equipped
• Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
• Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort
• Report maintenance issues
• Prioritise and promptly fulfil guest requests, including delivering amenities, beds, cots, blankets, and pillows, and collecting items from guest rooms as needed
• Collaborate with all members of the housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Gather used linens from guest rooms and transport to the designated appropriate area
