Key responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards

Change bed linens and towels regularly

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures and surfaces

Dust furniture and surfaces

Vacuum carpets and mop floors

Empty trash bins and replenish amenities like toiletries

Respond promptly to guest requests for additional towels, linens or other supplies

Address any guest concerns regarding cleanliness in a professional manner

Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies and guest amenities

Identify and report any maintenance issues within the guest rooms, such as plumbing leaks, faulty appliances or damaged furniture
