S&S Building Management Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a reliable housekeeper to support the cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms and shared spaces. You will help ensure the guest experience is consistently positive by maintaining high cleaning standards and replenishing amenities.

Your duties include cleaning rooms to a high standard, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and aiding with deep cleans as required.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to standards (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising).
• Make beds, change linen and replenish towels and amenities.
• Empty bins and ensure rooms are tidy and stocked; report issues.
• Assist in cleaning lobbies, corridors, lifts, restrooms, lounges, dining and function areas and other shared spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop and spot-clean floors and carpets; clean windows and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain outdoor areas, entrances, and pool or BBQ areas presentable.
• Restock public restrooms and monitor cleanliness; handle lost property per procedure.

You'll be the link between our contract housekeepers and the business, assisting with the cleaning and checking of guest rooms and keeping our shared spaces looking their best. Your work directly shapes the guest experience, and no two days are exactly alike.

Key responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to our standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces

Make beds, change linen and replenish towels, toiletries and amenities

Empty bins, wipe down fixtures and appliances, and check rooms are tidy and fully stocked

Report any maintenance issues, damage or missing items

Assist in cleaning and maintaining lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, restrooms, lounges, dining and function areas, and other shared spaces

Vacuum, sweep, mop and spot-clean floors and carpets

Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors and high-touch surfaces

Keep outdoor areas, entrances and pool or BBQ areas clean and presentable

Restock public restrooms and monitor cleanliness throughout the day

Handle lost property according to company procedure

Follow safe work practices, including correct use of chemicals, equipment and manual handling techniques

Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies safely

Support the team during busy periods and assist with deep cleans and other duties as directed
