Sunrise2Sunrise Pty is seeking experienced House Managers to lead SIL and complex support services across Melbourne's northern and south-eastern suburbs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safe, individualized supports and maintain high standards of safeguarding and quality service delivery.

The role focuses on trauma-informed, person-centered care, team leadership and strong collaboration with Area Managers to sustain participant outcomes and staff development.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years' demonstrated experience supporting people with disability.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) and Provide CPR (HLTAID009).
• Current Victorian Driver Licence.
• Access to a reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support your team with day-to-day guidance, mentoring and direction while fostering a positive, professional and accountable workplace culture.
• Ensure quality, person-centred supports that uphold participant rights, dignity, independence, choice and control.
• Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct and organisational policies.
• Oversee implementation of individualised support plans, including Positive Behaviour Support Plans and risk assessments.
• Promote trauma-informed and least-restrictive practices in supporting participants with complex needs.
• Maintain safeguarding oversight and escalate incidents and risks as required.
• Coordinate daily household operations, roster management and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with participants, families and allied health professionals.
